Snacking, Paleo Style

I absolutely love to snack, but it can be so hard when you're trying to eat healthy. I wanted to share with you all some of my favorite Paleo snacks. Some are super easy and you can carry them to work or wherever with you, but some you can make as well.

Here is my list of Paleo approved go-to snacks:

Biena Chickpea snacks (Y'all these are so good!)

LaraBar (My favorite is Apple Pie)

Almond Butter and Celery

Almond Butter and Bananas

Bananas plain

Celery and Carrots and Dairy Free Ranch

Carrot sticks

Nuts (My favorite are Pistachios)

Cucumbers

Clementines

Plantain Chips

Guacamole

Apples

Strawberries

Boiled Eggs

Blueberries

Really any kind of fruit or vegetables.

Eating healthy does not have to be hard at all, I recommend preparing snacks ahead of time for the week to make sure you have plenty of paleo approved options.

To make sure I always have some LaraBars or Biena Chickpea Snacks on hand I subscribe to make sure I never run out. I subscribe to LaraBars on Amazon and Biena straight from their website.

Another way to get great snacks without having to read the ingredients when on Whole30 or Paleo is through Thrive Market. Y'all it is so quick and easy! You just select the diet you're on and they do the rest for you, no need to stand in the grocery store and read ingredient lists on every thing you buy.
