What I Like to Call Skillet Bowls

I like to call these concoctions my skillet bowls. We have had a lot of busy nights lately and have needed some quick, but healthy meals.
What I have been doing is taking some chicken sausage links and cutting them into pieces, I add is some of our favorite veggies as well and cook them until they're finished. Leaving a oh, so delicious and low carb/ no carb meal. I also like to add in some red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.


You can seriously add anything to them, that's what makes them so easy. My favorite ingredients I have put in mine so far that my skillet was full of was: Andouille Sausage, Zucchini (quartered), corn (cut off the cob or canned), bell peppers, onions, black beans, and the seasonings listed above. It is super delicious. I could seriously eat these every night and they are so quick and easy, which is great for two working people with unpredictable schedules.
