One Bad A** Review of Bad Daddy's Burger Bar
I had the pleasure of getting to try a new restaurant in Chattanooga called, Bad Daddy's Burger Bar. I would just like to start out by saying that the service at this restaurant was impeccable, but the food was even better!
My team and I tried so many different menu items that I thought I would break this into two blog posts. I wanted to make this first post my personal favorites from each section of the menu.
Favorite Cocktail:
Daddy's Dragonberry
The Daddy's Dragonberry consists of Bicardi Dragonberry Rum, berries, lime sour, fizz. This drink was both delicious and refreshing. It came with lemon slices and in a cute mason jar glass. I could have probably had a few of these during our visit. The drink also was great with pretty much everything we ate.
Favorite Appetizer:
Not Your Momma's Deviled Eggs
I am sorry to say, but you have never truly had a good deviled egg until you try these. After my first bite of these I told my husband that I was sorry, but his deviled eggs have nothing on these. These deviled eggs were served on a bed of slaw with Thai chili sauce and contain a spicy filling, crumbled bacon, and are garnished with fresh jalapeño. Oh, and the best part they are lightly fried to give a nice crunch. Talk about delicious!
Favorite Salad:
Stella Greek Salad
This was honestly probably the hardest of the spread to pick a favorite on, but I to my surprise have to say the Stella Greek Salad was so great, I have been craving it ever since leaving the restaurant. I am not a particular fan of olives, and as a greek salad olives are very important in the mix. I can honestly say I loved this salad, olives and all. I was hesitant to even try the salad, because it contained so many olives. Boy, am I glad that I tried it! The Stella Greek Salad is also a great lighter option on the menu and the chicken is grilled to perfection.
Favorite Burger:
Mozzarella Burger
This burger is just all around amazing. It combines the deliciousness of a cheese stick, in patty form, but also a juicy warm burger. It also looks like an artistic master piece.
Favorite Side:
Buffalo Tots
I already loved dipping tots in buffalo sauce, but having them come tossed in buffalo sauce and with bleu cheese crumbles makes my mouth water just thinking about it. These tots will not disappoint!
Favorite Dessert:
Banana Pudding
I like to call myself a banana pudding connoisseur, because it is most definitely my favorite dessert. And sorry Dad, but this banana pudding is spot on. It's smooth and creamy and it's in mousse form. My husband and I had to fight over who got the last bite.
