Teeth Whitening for Sensitive Teeth

Today I want to talk about a product that I have been testing out. I have been using Smile Brilliant in collaboration with them since the end of February to work on whitening my teeth. My teeth have always been kind of yellow and this is actually something I have been self-conscious about for years.

That being said, I have very sensitive teeth also and have found that many whitening products hurt my teeth and cause pain. Smile Brilliant, however, has not caused my teeth any pain.

Through their whitening system I used products they sent to make trays of my teeth. With these trays I just use a syringe of the whitening product and spread it on the trays. After that I wore my trays for 45 minutes up to 3 hours. I started on the lower end and worked my way up with that timing. I was shocked to find out that even after wearing the trays with the whitening product my teeth did not hurt at all.

After you use the whitening in the trays, you clean out the trays and dry them off and then add the de-sensitizing gel and use it for about 30-45 minutes.

While this was a product that I was given to test I am positive that I will be continuing to use it. My results shown have been tremendous. I even took a break from using it for about a week and a half and still noticed how much whiter my teeth were after that break.

I will note that I do also use a whitening tooth paste in my routine, but I have used this for years and not seen any change. I do not believe there was any extra impact from my tooth paste that I use.
